Senior CO tech was let go in KY. Last day is moday.
I'm hearing 10/17 from a VERY reliable source. If you're part of Enterprise and haven't been tapped to move to Kinetic yet, I recommend you start looking for a job now. A large number of you will be hit this Thursday.
They have to get the OPEX and headcount as low as possible for the new buyer. Makes it easier for them to integrate operations into what they already have in place. As a bonus, they don't have to do the layoffs and pay severance along with the hit on their unemployment insurance.
Word on the streets is October and November is next round.
Pick me pick me
I heard next Thursday.. layoff coming..
Lower and slower in the South , sign me up
Lol thats how all those unqualified people got their jobs in GA. Not just retail its all over N GA
Yeah, those GA gals know how to do SOMETHING, but probably not what you think it is
Maybe the connection centers (retail) will expand. The Georgia gals are the only ones who know what they’re doing around there.
Look, I wanna' be honest with you. I really need a job here.
And, I will take any position - as long as it doesn't involve having s-x with old ladies for money, or bear traps. Those are my two bugaboos.
What movies are we going to watch today?
I've already made my good housekeeping magazine choice, I'll save that one for a conference call I'm thinking.
Company really needs a major layoff. Entirely too many positions that are dead weight at this point. The problem is the higher ups don’t even know what most employees do or really not doing but a metric chart shows they are meeting the demand work numbers.
I vaughnt one, I vaughnt one.
Who wants a mustache ride?
Layoffs are over in business field sales until the acquisition is finalized. Kinetic Business will handle $1 to $999 per month customers. Enterprise Business will be $1,000 a month or more in recurring revenue. Talk all year was $750 was the number. It will be $1,000 a month.
No idea on residential plans but the business plan is the above. It is finalized.
If they get rid of any D2D teams who would all.of newly created Manager positions manage? Lol
Seriously, at this point it hardly matters. As stated in an earlier post, you could lose most of your field force and really, most of the back office, actually get 40 hours work out of the employee numbers remaining, and there would be no effect on your network. The employees they really need to start laying off now are some of those layers of management. Execs are really smart people and know exactly where the drain is on their bonuses…
D2D Business or D2D Residential?
I heard this is happening to D2D teams
Umm, yes, in October we are laying off 50% of our field employees. And no, we shouldn’t see any impact on the network all.
