And yet you stay, after 2,4 …5….10 years without one why should they give you one? I used think like you but afterv2 VERY small merit increases at DXC in 12 years I finally said enough and found something better.

Come on joe stupid can you DXC people be, hardly any merit pay increases for 5, 10 and some 15 years.
Me in the 1st year I got less than 1% and in the 11 th year less than 4%. Two increases in 12 years.
Why did I stay, didn’t want to be in call 24 by 7 (was on call 1 week a month) , didn’t want to start all over again proving myself, work from home 100%, liked most of the people on my team.
Some leads PM’s were fantastic and others were a--holes
Worked my a-s off, sometimes 4 days 24 by 7 straight while the India team went to dinners, had to catch a cab , not my job BS
Got sick of the BS in 2023 and quit.
3 pay increases since then, unlimited vacation, and make almost as much money as when I was working full time.
Haven’t touched my 401K or investments yet either. Retired !
Storage and Backup capabilities
My boss won't discuss the topic. Comes up with endless things that need doing yesterday. Has no plan on how to deliver them. And then says we're all useless and that's why no pay rise.
Of course no merit raises , why give them if you all stay ! They now they are only getting maybe 50% out of you and that’s all they are paying!
