Is it true that windstream has systematically reduced 30% of workforce over the last 2 years? Does anyone know the number of employees now ? Was it over 12k a few years ago?

At our peak (I think post Paetec) we were at ~13,000 employees. I think we are down around 9,000 now.
according to the S-4 document filed with SEC on July 29, 2024, Windstream had 9,400 full-time equivalent employees on December 31, 2023
In 2019 is was 11k. It the last 4 years the reduction was closer to 50% rif. They were/are so sneaky about it (you all had to sign gag orders else give up severance) that they largely stayed out of the news.
I know about 5 years ago it was around 10k. But now? Id eat there’s about 6k maybe in the 7s.
I'd like to know the number of actual Windstream employees and the number of contractors they have.
