Fewer PDC Postings

Is it just me, or does the job slate look somewhat light for 2H PDC?

Looks like someone really doesn’t have their finger on the pulse of what’s happening

Gee no kidding. With 30 reorgs going on what else did you expect?

Thank you guys and gals for those last few posts. This is why I follow the site. Time to pull the trigger on job offers and not wait around for the next rom where unfortunately some of my friends and colleagues will be left standing. Again. I’ve had enough of that unnecessary experience already at this company.

Confirmed from sponsors that only critical Engine expat jobs and must move roles will be in pdc. More jobs will be in spring 2025 for Rom event

Confirming @osm that only truly open aka non-contingent jobs are being posted. That on top of the upcoming re-org. It’s a fu-k up.

They cut back on how they’re advertising contingents jobs. Half the old postings were pretend.

They communicated that well in advance and it is done remotely. Given the changes that are on horizon, that is expected, of you have a position you better stay at it for now.
