Pay rates are no longer on the wire under compensation . Why did they take it off? It is getting g kind of sc--wy that our clubs have no personnel and options to finding out things associates may need to know . This is not right !

Frontline associates are all the associates that work in a club. I think you are confused with frontend associates. And all Frontline (club associates) are getting a raise except for those who are at cap. Those at cap are getting a 6% payout.

Is everyone getting a raise?? Or is it just Frontline only? We keep getting two different stories, and managers here are no help with information!!!!

Go to fps.walmart.com while on a work computer. Enter your site number. I'm pretty sure this is something everyone has access to, not just managers.

10 year plus associates only getting a 6% in November where as others are getting a November and Febuary raise? Seems fair

great news!!! now, instead of the 4 jobs you have to do, you'll have to do 6.
what positions will be eliminated and added to your plate? remember, corporate gives us nothing.

The pay caps are on the wire very easy to find under compensation. If your manager doesn’t know how to find it. They don’t deserve to be a manager

How do you even find the cap amounts? I've asked managers and no one seems to know.

If you are at your cap you do not get a raise. But your lump sum bonus will be 6% in stead of 2-3%. Assuming you have worked long enough

They should atleast cap out all the long term associates who have not yet reached their cap.

Sounds more like they trying to pi-s off the long term associates. You can't tell me somebody worked 15 years will be happy a new person reached there level of pay in 8 years. When will the company do something for the long term associates you know the ones that know everything and is everybody go to. They truly run the store at most locations. Just my opinion

So I'm confused in 8 years time somebody new can make more than another person in the same position for 20 years. Am I hearing that correctly

capping out a 8 years is seriously wrong.. at 20 years you would still only at cap for 12 years....

3 to 6 percent. They have not announced the tenure scale. The statement was, "in 8 years time with the company, associates can be making the pay cap of their position!"
