I have a strong job profile here and have received a promising offer outside. I’d appreciate advice from you all on whether it’s wise to leave Intel, considering the valuable learning opportunities available here since many people leaving?

Run.
Wintel is a rudderless drifting sailboat in 2024 !
The "new" refreshed Intel doesn't need mo--ns like you. Yes, go away. One less dead wood stick.
Troll! Go away!
I would leave at a position of power at the peak if my career at Intel. After this point, expecting further advancement in your career at Intel like you have been seeing is unlikely to happen until Intel gets back on track (and only god knows when this will happen since the leadership has no clue!) Rising to the next rank will not be as easy as you anticipate because there are fewer people left On the contrary, it will be much harder and messier because you will be asked to clean up a kot of $hit to help get Intel bac on track.
I hope the above helps in giving a clear picture and good luck in your new role!
It is true that doesn’t seem like a lot of people are leaving even though they want too. We aren’t getting a lot of offers as Intel employees.
On the slim chance you are not a troll, this is not the place to ask advice.
Hahahaha
This is a fu--ing troll
If you are this d-mb to ask such a foolish question, you deserve sink with Intel.
No wonder the company is failing when their are id--ts like you working at Intel.
Are you serious. YES! get out of this sinking ship. You are lucky to even get an offer as an Intel person! Take it and run and never look back at this toxic dump
