Your manager doesn’t have your interest in heart. Ask me how I know. Stop working so hard for these imposter(ous), washed-up, manipulative a-holes who will throw you under the bus the moment times get tough.
They’re coming, reflective of last year. OG people be on alert bc you are “expensive dead wood.” Do yourself a favor and leave before you become un-hirable.
“Winning strategies” that require layoffs sounds like a really lame corporate troll excuse for poor management/planning.
