I feel like I'm drowning with the workload constantly piling up, trying to support everyone. Management doesn't seem to care at all. I want to leave, but finding another job isn’t easy, especially when I know several people who got laid off and are still struggling to find something new. Sure, I’m "lucky" to have a job, but this is seriously impacting my mental health and well-being. This is not a healthy way to live.

Let me guess, you ate the kind of that accepts every single meeting even if you are optional and have nothing to contribute and at the end of the day haven't had a chance to do any real work. That keeps piling up and in the end you feel you are soo busy that you don't have time.
Update your resume and start looking for something better.
This is the problem with GenZ or millennials or whatever they call these days. You have a fu---n job! You get paid. You want to get paid for doing the bare minimum and still complain about raises and promotions? You always have the right to say No to additional work. This mental health is also a farce for not wanting to do work and complain
They can’t quit. No one out there wants to hire former Intel employees. Look around how many of us want to leave and actually how many of us have? It’s Impossible right now everyone hates us.
This sounds like the Intel I know. The job market is tough right now. Employers are looking for very specific skill sets. In previous years, a potential employee could be seen as growing into the role or learning while on the job. But now, if you don't have the exact thing they are looking for, they move on. There are enough people on the market and the competition is tough and unrelenting. So the OP is right, it's taking longer for experienced people to find roles. However, I would encourage the OP to keep looking and don't give up. Keep networking. That's the key. it may take awhile but it's always better to find a job while you have one as they say.
OP... You are trolling.
Yea wtf is going on with this post? Be professional. OP this is not kindergarten. You are not a toddler.
Shouldn't you be happy that you're busy? If you're getting more work than anybody else, you're probably a trusted individual.
I stayed to help my team. Now Pat thinks I’m his to sell to another company. We were all misled by this executive staff!
Quit and get another job then stop torturing yourself
If you need it take some dr mandated time off don't be afraid to ask before you have a breakdown. I also recommend a counsellor to help you reduce the clouding in your mind focus what you need but all so give yourself the confidence to use the right words and expressions to managers to get them to take you seriously. Do all this before they start taking about performance messages.
When you get to a better place draw boundaries. State, I can do a,b or c. You manager has to decide. It makes it very hard for them to criticise after the fact then.
Best of luck it's a journey I have come back from and so have others but you may need a break first to learn how yo advocate for yourself.
To OP, I was feeling the same thing in my previous role and I decided to quit without any on hand job offer, nay, even interviews. That being said, I don't know where you are from so your surrounding job market might be different than mine.
But if you need a break, then take care of your mental wellbeing first, to ensure that you will be able to perform in your next role, helps to give you new perspectives too. Once you find your next job, you will be glad that you did that.
Good luck moving on when you can land something better
