What does the DA&E reorg looo like ? Does it look like we are growing there or cutting down?

I got an email for a meeting on monday for business updates with HR on it. I am part of ICSA team and has been here for two years. This would be a really unfortunate way to go out.
HIH = Hyderabad Innovation Hub which is where cigna is sending as many jobs as possible because they can pay 8 an hour us
Massive reorg in D&AE, but I don’t think there were necessarily any job eliminations as a direct cause/effect of it.

What is HIH ?
Yup. Layoffs in quite a few orgs, but not a mass layoff on the scale of last October. With push to HIH starting expect to see a steady drip of IT layoffs and contractors getting cut over the next few months.
So what exactly happened yesterday ? Just saw a post about a Director lay off . But other than that, anything ?
Friday is not usually a day for layoffs, but I'm still worried.
