The management at Gainwell considers everyone easily replaceable. There’s always someone willing to work for less and that's the only thing that matters to them. That’s just the reality of how things work.

@Zen, Christina Vanacek (VP) and Jeff Reid (SVP) were fired last week. You couldn’t be more wrong that VPs and above are safe.
Keep in mind that the massive WFR was in October last year. Hope you’re already looking ahead of next month.

I have not seen anyone say they're safe. I don't see every single post and comment, but I find it hard to believe that anyone thinks they are completely safe from WFR.
Agree, too many people thinking their job can't be off-shored need to think again. Gainwell will find every way they can to send work offshore if it's legal in any given state. Some folks are in for a rude awakening.
