It’s done by a survey of employees. No payoffs here. From the ranking, it seems they asked only VP’s and above, and C-suite folks. They’d have the best handle on what it’s like to work here, right? They didn’t send me a survey; maybe I missed it as last week was my last here.

Convenient that there was no employee engagement survey this year. I wonder if Fortune took that into account or just accepted the payment from ELV and ranked accordingly.
Gaslighting is big business
I don’t believe any of those things anymore. There is no way to fact check anything they write or how they rank. NEVER been surveyed and here 20 yrs. They write what people want them to write
