It’s just part of the communication plan on the AI Transformation. Kyle & Jeff are also doing in-person Q&A’s at pulse points as well. They are trying to increase transparency.
Probably more jobs going over to the Philippines and India. Heared that the claims examiners are all from India ! Yikes !

It’s probably letting us know that we all are going to lose our jobs and most of them will be sent to the Philippines and India under Caroline global services. Simply disgusting.
I really don’t think it is anything…they aren’t actually going to tell us what is happening….it is just fodder to give the appearance we are included
