Says the guy that is posting here. Cool flex, bro.
I am great at my job also, 100% better than anyone. That's of course only if my job is posting all day on the layoff site and not actually getting any real work done, which is the case for 100% of the people who post here.
I'm 100% better at my job than MW is at his.
Doesn't mean things are not about ready to spiral down the drain.
They waived his mandatory retirement so he must be saying or doing something right? Chevron stocks might be down now, but they’re up since he took office.
You are what your record says you are. Company is failing, margins are down, stock price has underperformed, ROCE is lagging. Outsourcing our core competencies to low cost 3rd parties will amplify the trend. MW has to go. The sooner the better!
He needs to be fired immediately.
I never thought I'd see the day when Chevron is stripped of all value. It's well in it's way.
Manugacturing guy fundamentally does not know how to do that. When was the last time someone built a refinery..
Think about it. He is treating chevron as a refinery...
You don't need to get paid 40 million to double down on permian, sell assets and lay off people. PSG 23 at 150k annual pay can come up with that strategy. It takes extraordinary talent to grow a profitable business ... something that mw predecessors have done ... which he is now selling to make short term profit.
