Kyndryl may be broke, but not bonkers. Even they know a lemon when they see one!!
like the two previous potential buy-outs, they walked away once they looked into the real financial details - much easier and cheaper to just pick up the ex-DXC clients one-by-one (the ones that Accenture have not already taken)
