I wish they did. I've been wanting to quit for a while, but I'm still looking for an alternative. Severance would help me get by while I fully focus on my job search.

If you really want to be on the list, let your manager know that if cuts have to be made you would volunteer to be first.
You can contact your mgr and HR about being first out IF your team has a layoff.
This is exactly how I feel, but I know EBH will continue to take more and more from me by keeping me here, continuing to pile on more grunt work with each passing week. I’m sure they will release me from the company once I inevitably end up in the hospital for an stress-induced heart attack.
