How many people? Which areas? Nothing? As someone before me wrote, it’s eerily quiet today. I can’t believe nobody has at least some ideas or heard some rumors about how layoffs may look like. I didn’t, and I find it strange and unusual. This is, in general, one of the strangest intro to layoffs I have experienced, and there were few. In any case, good luck to all of us tomorrow.

If y’all didn’t know this, the All day meetings your managers have been in, were/are “performance review” meetings btw.
Deciding on who stays who leaves based on 9 box reviews.
It's probably going to be a nothing burger. The information posted here isn't as reliable as it used to be.
Intro to layoffs? Layoff’s have been a monthly thing since last October.
Rumors I’ve heard suggest Data & Analytics will be affected
Things have been eerily quiet here too... had my 1-on-1 with my manager earlier yesterday and he didn't seem ruffled at all so either nothing headed my way (UX) or he's gonna be blindsided too
My manager has been in meetings she calls the "War Room" since Monday. All meetings in our area have been either cancelled or moved out until next week or beyond, except my 1-on-1 that was pushed until late tomorrow afternoon, while I've heard rumblings that my area will have some people on the chopping block. So, I am assuming that I will be one of the ones let go because I can't get anyone to actually give me any work.
Managers in my area
have been in meetings all day. Might be unrelated but who knows?
