It's depressing, the only reason I'm still here is that I didn't find a better employer yet. Also I have to say that my managers and colleague are great and I love the human side of my dep., however for everything we ask they Say there is no budget... Training, pay increase, career path... It's all take it or leave it. Moreover accenture is mediocre and they do the bare minimum
Neither AIG nor Corebridge management have any concerns for losing talent. Corebridge has mo--ns from MetLife who fu---d the company there and have now come here to put corebridge in block sale. AIG management just want to get the money and run.
Get out while you can go to Dellwood or Chubb.
