Yes I just found out I am moving to Carelon. It all boils down to corporate greed. GB and her minions don't care a bit about the workers. It's all a joke.

Company is unbelievable. I am totally disgusted how this is all working for all the other countries and not us here in the US.
I just realized something. It's always confused me that we named so many things Carelon. It was always so confusing to talk to people and try to figure out which Carelon anyone meant.
Carelon Global is able to disguise itself under the Carelon umbrella. So when they say...move to Carelon...you can't be too sure "which" Carelon but it's code for CGS. Very clever. Wait til Pete is the new Gail. Then we will have officially grown Carelon to overtake original anthem. Man, that brand used to mean something to people other than shareholders.

Not yet. Eventually it will be. The overwhelming majority of the IT functions don’t need hands on, in the Anthem state location people to get it done. I suspect a few pharmacists licensed in each Anthem state to do the needed dr-g denials within the state regulatory framework. Maybe we’d need in house people to actually put the meds in the package for home delivery. We’d look more like an Amazon warehouse than an insurance company.
I’m not on the hit list yet (that I know of), but actively looking to move on before it gets to that. Sad to see what we’ve become.
carelon is not just offshore jobs
If all our jobs are moved offshore, eventually there will be no customers to buy our plans.

I hate, hate, hate that this company is giving away our jobs and our livelihoods!! They gave no soul and no heart!! We are spiraling downward while lifting everyone else up!!! This is wrong on so many levels!! I know....this is corporate world but that does not lessen the impact.
