Very few people will reach 500k limit. Grade 8 salary in Ireland barely touches 100k (base pay). So you can imagine.

Its 2 + 5 = 7 weeks per year. If you work for 7 years, you get close to 500k.

The max is €500K I seriously doubt anyone will hit that. Wages in Ireland are really low compared to US.
Average salary in Ireland is ~100k so payout will be €200k is more realistic.
