What makes you think HSM will be let go? And Nov 21 does not fit the trend that they have been following at all.
I wonder besides HSM at LM what other areas could be impacted. It's nerve racking. The job market isn't great.
Landmark HSM are going in November 21st. The switch will be similar to the NP where there will be a Lead NCM for each group. mostly to relay information.
Not even 1st line managers know what is going on in certain areas. Dont know until they get hit by their executives. They all trying to survive.
I know that in Optum tech they are running out of budget for the year and are being told we are keep the lights on work mostly for next year. So just hoping I get to stay. Even if it's toxic, a job is better than no job.
10/17 notification, 10/31 term.
I wonder how the Landmark HSMs will be effected. Level 28 over the case managers, ccs and toccs
Look for local competitors. They ISNPs in particular are taking off around the country. A lot of ACO reach programs are developing home care programs too.
People we all think Optum has strong benefits but in reality is it worth the constant toxic leadership ? If you loose your job you’ll loose any benefits within a few months, and I’ve been talking to competitors, they give actual GOOD RAISES,,!,
I won’t be surprised if they lay off SW with Landmark.
They need to remove many of the G29 and G30 managers. Home and Community has turned into a toxic workplace. Just look at the staff turn over and attrition rate.
