Elevance isn't exactly a career hotspot these days. Have you ever heard the saying "Elevance is where your career goes to die?" If you hadn't before, now you did. These days, people only end up here when no one else will hire them. It’s not really a place you want to aim to stick around for.

The hypocrisy from your SLT is beyond disgusting. Ethics? Complete failure for the SLT. Not one of those curtain cleaners stood up for employees who were recruited, offered, & accepted 100% remote positions. My wife specifically left her old job to take the job b/c it was remote. Out family sold our house,
moved, b/c the job was 100% remote. Not one of you pa----s stood up for her and the other employees like her, not one. Do you hacks get off on destroying families and their dreams?
Elevance is just a glorified version of Amerigroup where people went to work when they got fired by BCBS or they could not get hired by BCBS...so sad.
Putting in my notice next week! I can’t wait to have this burden lifted from my shoulders.
Definitely in terms of the constant threat of RIFs, but the marketing team is pretty solid with top flight talent and projects. Just no money… same old
100% I didn't know any of this when I started in 2023. I wish I had paid more attention to GlassDoor, or known about this site a year ago. This summer I hit my 1 year anniversary so I'm ready to start looking again. UGH. This place is just a paycheck for me. A year ago I was excited. I graduated in 2019 and until last year I still had optimism about jobs and work.
