OK, let's get this really clear. Performance write-up's (PIPs) are currently all baloney at USAA. It is a tool to get people to leave (which, btw, you should be actively looking for another position at any company other than this one at all times with this shoddy company). And even the folks who "cooperate" with this sh!t show are now getting gleaned from this jacka$$ company (that news brought me tremendous joy, especially the peacock losing his blume and a worthless "lead" being prepped for being fired).
Do yourself a favor. Instead of worrying about a PIP that you will never overcome, spend that time honing your skills, networking, and putting your resume out there.
Your written disciplinary action should be in effect for around 90 days, in which time you should show significant and immediate improvement in that area. If you do not, at any point during your written you could be moved to a final which would then be in effect for typically 90 days. If you do not make significant and immediate improvement while on your final you could be terminated. While you are on disciplinary action, you do not qualify for any bonuses and you cannot post for other jobs.
You get to cry about ‘stolen valor’. Blame Wayne, it’s obviously his fault. Let’s remember people from the past, they were the best. And I forgot to mention USAA is the worst.
