Damn close this shop and lay off anyone who ever worked here. Even those Clinton employees sneaked off to Houston in last several years, should be hunted down and then laid off.

For union folks, it depends on years of service. ie one week's pay per year of service for newer folks. Not just a blanket three months.
There will be no WARN notice as there's no layoff. They will offer you a position, if you don't want to remove, you quit on your own term. As for the union folks, the separation package will be accordingly to the contract agreement. 3 months pay or so
Has anyone received any details about NJ WARN act severance payment? I keep hearing that the company knows about it but has not provided any additional information. Maybe hoping people will just resign so the company doesn't have to pay.
Corporate Strategic Research (CSR) was the place where all unhirable, bottom of the barrel Ph.D.'s from across the country will get hired to do meaningless tasks. CSR was a dirt and grime collecting pan.
