This happened in offshore(India) as well as Onsite(States side) especially in the new buzzing DRx area. Heard some 20+ names with not much rationale on performances of the individuals nor their contributions. Some vague criteria and still has a lot of cr-ppy mgmt left to make the hardworking employees suffer even more. How about FSG and other debts?

Some raised their hands, it was time
Have you heard about any redundancies at SS&C Technologies in Dublin (Ireland) this year?
A guy in the UK (I am from Scotland) who had not met the attendance in office days for a few months on the bounce, the company tried to make a move against him on that which failed very badly once the his legal representative became involved which is now good for us all
We were told that the most of those laid off on the DRx side, were IT associates. 20 or 200 is still to many people to lose all at once, especially when you have business critical deliverables on the line. As always, they laid off all of the wrong people. We know that there are several who should have had targets on their backs due to performance and attendance issues.
