It would be different if service increased … a rif to cut cost, in order to deliver better service. But that’s not what happens. Service gets worse and management profits more. It’s a broke system, nothing to be done but start again.
The entire time I watched, all I could think of was where is the video feed showing how absolutely CLUELESS our current management is in how THEY work?!? We have managers that, swear to God, don’t even know how to log into the system, and they’ve been here over 10 years!! Process management is a foreign language to them. Shameful
It should be "How YOU should work so we-the SLT - can get jaw-dropping bonuses while our associates barely make ends meet"
And in the mean time the SLT is figuring out to cut payroll expenses even further by cutthroat RIFs and moving any and every possible job overseas.
It’s not how they work I can tell you that. Management is awful here. Also forcing everyone to complete their career profile is laughable since some of us live over 50 miles from a pulse point & cannot grow here or transfer period. Are they ignorant to their own policies?
