Stop filing out all surveys, including TTUS. Stop attending all non-mandatory/department meetings like Fireside chats and other employee engagement events for the sake of participation. The feedback you provide doesn’t matter, simply the number of participants does. That is what they report and document, not the responses! Stop contributing to their nonsense.

Actually keep filling out the survey. They don't care about their opinion but low scores are ki-ling them
Why did this post get so much heat? Strange.
Employees at Truist got results when they stopped completing the surveys.

This is posted about once a week huh? That’s weird because I haven’t seen it mentioned in quite a long time.
Actually, that is exactly how it works.
That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works Beatrice!
This gets posted basically once a week and nothing changes. You do you but it’s getting old.
I think the upvote/downvote ratio on this post is more about people not liking being told what to do.
People downvoting this relatively mild post, y’all telling on yourselves. Either you’re HR lackeys or USB bootlickers. Please be less blatant next time.
There is certainly very little attention paid to the actual results. Only the % of folks who fill it out is really noticed, and because it’s a link that’s attached to only your email there IS a way to find out whose responses are whose. Are if your department is small enough (even above their minimum for reporting information) folks still figure it out.
Oh, you're definitely on to something. I've never seen this kind of ratio on a post that shouldn't mean that much on it's face.....
They don't about your comments. Honestly, they don’t even read them. They just need to report participation rates. Stop giving them their numbers!
I could stop filling out the quarterly Talk To Us Survey, but then I'd miss my quarterly chance to anonymously tell executives to fire my boss. No thanks, not gonna stop

Here is WFs thread about the same thing! Only the engagement counts.
