Was just informed we are losing intake specialists. We are being offered roles in the member contact center such a sad day.

The lazy manager and nurses in appeals need to go first. Their positions have 9/10 of them laying around the house and enjoying an easy made job.
I was actually hoping A&G Ohio was getting laid off. The work is extremely slow. We are severely micromanaged by the new manager and supervisors. It's really bad and no one can meet production because of the lack of work.
OH director is not the smartest person. Very condescending and rude. Does not know how to assess issues. Has favoritism. Gets fooled easily and blames issue on wrong ppl. Person has no clue/no knowledge. Should be laid off too.
They did a A&M’s intake specialist lay off in Texas 1 week ago. I’m sure they will lay off more people with the new AI they are using to load appeals into the system.
The worst company I’ve worked for m. I was in intake but glad I got out when I did. Director in G&A is a complete joke, does not even have a clue about G&A. The Manager over G&A is the rudest and fakest person I’ve ever met. Supervisors all discriminate. And to think I applied for 3 years to get into Molina I questioned my myself, when in the long run I am just great l, the company is the one with the issues. The CEO and VP’s need to take a closer look into these departments and just like they are cleaning house with the associates- CLEAN MANAGEMENT UP and get it together.
MolinaIT needs to layoff CIO and other useless VPs
They said everyone was notified it was like 36 people total. And I would assume more to come. Looking at the price of our stock it's a scary time.
I saw a last minute meeting was scheduled while I was away. Have all of the affected already been notified already? Did they say if there are more to come? This company’s communications are horrendous
