Are you going to lay us off or what? Combining Medicare & Medicaid and moving to Carelon?? Genius idea- let's lose both contracts.

Cm offshore has been tried at least 3 times Philippines , Italy, Ireland. Each time a disaster.overseas workers have no concept of how the American healthcare system works, nor do they have an understanding of resources avail. , Medicaid SDOH issues etc…. Anyone can read from “aunt Bertha “lol Carelon is an unmitigated mess. They literally have no concept of how basic insurance works. Town hall today they were bragging how Carelon will in a few months be able to identify if a person has a benefit and if provider is in network… they’ve been reviewing for 3? Years based on med necc alone. How many people have had an approval on a benefit they didn’t have, or a provider who’s out of network? The titanic is sinking. I’m tired of bailing!
From my understanding...Government work must be stored onshore but off offshore can view and work these.
I thought gov work couldnt go offshore

@2qlp+1uq4ZWZJ wow ! Poor members to have to deal with case managers in the Philippines! Let’s see how that will go
Moving the current case and disease management teams to Carelon is no doubt going to result in even more work eventually being done offshore in the Philippines for Medicare.
cmo medicare
It's a bit like that scene from The Dark Knight, where the Joker's henchman are each given part of a broken pool cue and only one will survive the carnage.
Performance is not the criteria….
Wake up… not surprised you are next in rif (hope not)
Poor leadership
Nothing to do with their race but I'm sure you will be laid off due to your performance
