Is discrete graphics gone? How many ppl getting ISP?

Pat hasn’t brought up client discrete graphics as strategic/valuable choice in any recent company wide call. Wondering if anything changed (or not)?

The GPU BU is like othermost other BU...THEY LOSE MONEY...Pat is looking at each BU and it's just a simple check mark...Contribute to profit or not. If not..SELL OFF....
Roadmap in 2 weeks (was originally planned for this week, but it wouldn’t be Intel if it wasn’t delayed). We will see if discrete graphics is cancelled then.
It has been chopped up since Raja left. There is no future for this group.
Only 4500 people in our GPU group? Nvidia has nearly 30000 employees. Even if we double our GPU headcount, to include GPU related employees in other BUs, we are still under staffed, while catching up. Are we doomed?
If this group is and will never be profitable it has to go on the chopping block.
Hard to see any profitable future on client discrete graphics. Not sure how much investors would like that!
Overall cuts 14% of ~4500 = ~630
