He said Annual Merit budgeted, Employee surveys, employee engagement, employed for growth as Sal had done the trim/lean phase, cross selling to customers, and on. Reality is his nowhere to be seen, and employees haven't received the budget merit raises, no employee engagement has been carried out, and a survey has not been published. All business as usual, the slow death continues....

or USA come to that unless you plan on joining a call at 10pm - I know I don't.
I also don't understand in APJ because most of those guys are aligned to work either EMEA or USA time zones too...

The clearest message you could possibly send to the management is not to show up to these town halls. They need to know they lost the good will of pretty much all their staff. We're not playing the game of clapping the leader, and begging for a pay rise so they can say maybe next quarter. We don't NEED your money DXC. We do want the respect and reward. If you don't think you NEED us, then roll out the redundancy bus, and try and make your profits on your own. The good ones will find a job. The lazy lay about aren't doing anything anyway.
Looks like Raul has woken up. I hear There's a Town Hall shortly.
Im sure his going to finally announce the merit award 6 months after it was due, they have already earnt 2.5% interest on the money with rates around 5%. Its therfore a no brainer to pay it now.
Does Raul still work here, has he gone awol or sick? Anyone heard from him?
Mike Salvino lasted about 2 years before flipping about pay on TH and told his not a people person.
Raul has only been here 10 months gone silent after promising regular global calls. Sounds like all is not going to plan and thats thereason silence is golden.
How can the management and client expect anything from the staff if this is how we are managed.
We've already done our last useful thing. One say they won't pay your salary and we'll realise we were let go a month ago. Just that nobody's left to tell us.
Actually it looks like the ra ra ra of M2 is dead. Looks like the enforced barrage of town halls and team meetings is done.
