You or some guys you know getting sacked for RTO noncompliance isn't a "layoff". Sorry to burst your bubble.

These aren't RTO noncompliance numbers. They are "real" silent layoffs.

F5 has learned that with this new method of terminating employees that they won't need anymore layoffs. From a PR standpoint, it's great as employee terminations to get the size right won't appear in publicatons.
