If your performance review was a 2 or if you’re on a performance improvement plan, consider yourself gone. Looks like 60 days of salary continuation and then severance starts in December."
I received a very negative 2024 Mid-Year Performance Review without any rating number. My director mentioned receiving feedback from a colleague and expressed dissatisfaction with my work. She also stated that the VP will review this and make a decision to cut costs, or HR will take necessary actions based on the evaluation. Therefore, I was advised to start looking for a new position, either internally or externally, as soon as possible.
Did see email but only shared a 90 day plan is in the works, and that they hope all goes well for 2025.
SPECIALTY OPS EE here, (DENTAL, Student Health, Voluntary) are we on the chopping block. Is the for sale sign up? The only email we have seen was the fluff sent today or yesterday about KL's meeting with leaders and how everything is just ducky.
Email was from KL dated 9/19/24. I can't be the only Aetna ee to get it.
90 day plan, stating what?
What email was sent out?
There is a 90 day plan per email sent minutes ago, so Oct, Nov,Dec 2024 should be interesting.
Real estate cost cutting - Los Angeles and Orange County Ca offices closing by Oct 3.
The Concord, Ca is pretty empty all week - they should close that office.
Which and what departments?

I've been told by multiple sources she is a liar and a tyrant. She has long term employees leaving her departments and temps leaving. She has no problem yelling at other departments employees and bold face lieing to her leadership. Anyways her departments have been a money pit since she took over the old PDS. Somehow she keeps finding the money to hire temps left and right. I truly hope she was forced to resign rather than her "seeking other opportunities". If Medicaid gets hit with another layoff I hope it comes from her dysfunctional departments and they do a reorg that makes sense and a difference. But that may not be enough until Karen fires the Aetna Executives who've ran Medicaid in the ground last four years. All I know is since she's been in power employees have been miserable and scared. And operations obliterated.
Btw Tim Mullens sent his resignation in. I have zero idea of what he's been doing the last two years and the rest of his reports. They all seem to be like hungry dogs trying to be relevant to provider data and competing against operations.
Just watch the org chart via outlook, CVS net, teams. It will start to tell you who's going or unionlatterall transfer into. That's where you will see the affected departments. And pay attention to the N numbers vs A numbers.
They always do it in quarters. Also look at the reqs when you see them being pulled by HR/hiring management.
I honestly hope they pull the N numbers first and the largest chunk is in Jennifer Daughtery - Gaulgher departments. And leave the experienced professionals alone but that's not the way of things since October 2020 layoffs.
