The company as a whole, is a mistake.
The worker bee level in general abided by lesson learned. However, MGMT and top brass, "oh no, we are the elite, the intelligencia, the apointed, the divine be gift to mankind, therefore, no need for that here".

This company just seems to build on one mistake after another year after year .
