I'm in the design org and nobody can seem to tell me how I can put a resume together without being able to use anything I've produced for the organization. Most of what I've done is on the back end and not public domain. There should be more resources around this considering the insane environment right now.

I’ve seen designers from the bank who created heavily redacted versions of their work for their portfolio and leaning more on describing their process for creating the work than showing the final work itself.
But you’re right, it’s a really awful problem that designers are expected to show examples of their work to get a job, but often can’t depending on what they’re working on.
I feel like it will shed a bad light on you as a candidate if you share NDA info with others for your personal gain…
In my opinion, I would not hire someone that would break NDA
Sorry, let me rephrase. I mean portfolio which is basically your resume in the design sphere.
I would not want to receive a resume with such detail that NDA material is included.
That's for the interview process.
