My colleagues officially start at 9am. This means they don't actually show up online until 09:15, and then join a daily stand up call at 09:30, by the time that's done it's coffee break. So they might be ready to do something around 10:20. They take an hour+ for lunch. By 4 they are done. Nothing much seems to get done from one week to the next. Management haven't set any realistic objectives. They start people on one task and then mid way find something else and the previous panic is long forgotten about. So I can see why people say they only do 10hrs a week. That's pretty much all the company pay for so what do they expect. If they'd pay me right, I'd save 7hr a week not being on here for sure. Just think how efficient the company could be.

Meanwhile nobody cares about anything. Few accounts are in exit mode, others are being onboarded.
I spent my time for me and my family. So many good engineers left in the last server months, nobody did anything. Why should I care?

I don't know why we moan on here. But hey it makes us feel better, cos their ain't nobody listening inside the organisation. We all know the company policy is 0%. If you want a rise click that resign now button. Obviously you have to go get a job elsewhere first.
Meanwhile: Don't attend any management meetings they are bullsh-t. Decline any meeting which overlaps lunch. Decline any meeting which looks like it might be bullsh-t (most). I'm not saying do the minimum possible. I'm saying just do what makes you happy and adds value - there might actually be a pay rise if DXC starts delivering more than hot air and documents nobody reads.
They are all the same travelling around the world on Yacht/DXCs private jet/or business class round the world.
All of them have been escorted by a female VP.

Its like a corrupt movie.
I've seen 3 new CSC/DXC CEO's now and every time everyone is excited to see just how much better the new guy can make things. To really address the problems we all can see.
But no, 3 times its simply got worse. Different, but worse.
It was hard to imagine how anyone could have made it worse with all 3 of those, but I guess as we pay top whack for CEO's then we really attract world class muppets.
Its almost like the pay is so obscene that they don't care what damage they do the company, let alone the hard working people who make the money for the company.
No, they just collect vast sums of money, mess things up and then its off to retirement with a big heap of cash.
