Seeing new TU #opentowork posts on LinkedIn. Same happened to me last year. Took months to land a job. But I’m much happier.

You will find a much better company than TU. Your mental well being deserves it.

Sorry they all got let go but as others mentioned the support from onedev people is poor. The most surprising thing here is that upper management are finally realising. Just a shame the replacements (if any) won’t be any better

It's been such a massive culture shift ever since Neustar acquired TU.

They keep on replacing good engineers with d-mb people who are just good for copy/paste and asking for help.
Just look at onedev help teams channel questions and answers, what a mess.

one of kumails oat team? more of his teams are on the chopping block. he and his teams are not outputting acceptable work. he knows it, his teams knows it, the execs know it, the onedev god complains about it all the time. rumor is hes not long before being replaced by someone who understands the technical. i will not be surprised if they offshore it because the plan is expense over real competency. how long can this farce truly last before shares take another hit
