Hearing reports of a fatality inside of FGS. Does anyone know if that is true? I work in the group but we havent been notified of nothing.

I have confirmed with multiple groups inside FGS that there was a fatality in the Malaysia location. They wouldn't provide any specifics
This appears to be a false report. I was told the last injury was a cut finger at the Tulsa location 2 weeks ago.
