When do we expect ISP notifications to start ? I can't imagine it waiting till Oct 1st and notices may go out sooner. End date would be Nov 15th either way

Isp doesn't leave immediately. They stated they will be announced starting Oct 1st. Isp last day is Nov 15th.
Notices will go out Oct 15th
ISP will leave immediately. You don’t fire someone and then let them still have access to everything.
