All the 8/8 victims, this will be our last week. It breaks my heart to even think that I have to leave because of an incompetent manager with lot of backings. Hope her reality comes out soon and she is also let go.

This is by design, not incompetence. Setting up cheaper offshore labor has been in the works for over 20 labors. Now executives get to cash in on that strategy.
Incompetence seems to be in abundance at Anthem. Maybe if our managers and “leadership” were actually competent we wouldn’t be in this predicament. This company is poorly managed I think we can all agree on that
Over 10,000 people are in the same boat and it wasn’t because they all had incompetent managers. Grow up.
I empathize with your situation but also know writing emotional sh-t here doesn't help. No body cares. Work towards your next position.
