Following the last round of layoffs, I expected nothing less but a complete failure in organizing work in my team. For how long will this last? I either work for three people or twiddle my thumbs for hours on end. We can’t reach the usual levels of efficiency if our lives depended on it, not because my team is incompetent but because mgmt is.

90% of you are doing nothing. Stop complaining and be unburden what has been.
Do 8 hrs Paper Work
Do 8 hrs Field Work
Spend 8 hours attending pointless meetings full of nothing
Do all that within your 8 hours while teammates are leaving left and right
Repeat x5 a week
