They're ALWAYS continuing! Just because it's not happening in your state or plan doesn't mean it's not happening elsewhere under the centene umbrella. They spread the love so it doesn't seem like massive layoffs but rather small bunches across the u.s. and then they circle back.
I got laid off August 1st along with many others. “Silent layoffs” have been happening already!
If you havn't heard anything good chance you will be laid off. The person being laid off is always the last to hear.
October 2024 layoffs begin. Good luck.
Early oct has been a time when layoffs have happened in the past. with the 60 days notice they must give, if you make it past oct good chance youre safe for now. if you get your notice by oct you will be gone by christmas. thats just the hard facts
Nobody is safe. Not this month, next month, or for the next 5 years. We live and work in a world where we are all disposable and replaceable. Centene is NO different than any other corporation. Always have a plan B.
