Whatever happens, his approach is to shrink the workforce, sell what he can, or institute another reorganization (which is also all about layoffs and selling off assets). That's it. The man is a one-trick pony. How he's able to keep his position as a CEO will forever remain a mystery to me.

Pat actually grew the workforce until recently (in spite of Intel's main competitors having a much smaller headcount), which is a big part of the reason drastic cuts are now necessary.
He really didn’t deserve the job. He clearly can’t deliver and is way outside his skill set. It’s embarrassing that no only he was able to secure the position but that he was even in consideration in the first place.
He takes Bible verses and uses them as his business strategy.
3 years has already answered that.
