Thread regarding Elevance Health (Anthem) layoffs

Leave Elevance if you can

If you can't get yourself to start looking for a new job, I need you to remember that you are neither lazy nor unmotivated. This place has forced us to live in survival mode for years, and all of us are simply exhausted from it. Do your best to relax and once you feel you are ready, start applying. Help yourself leave Elevance.

Resigning in 2 weeks. I’m done with the instability, poor management, etc.

I'm so glad I left in 2020 after 11 years. I don't miss it at all. Oh, and if you are like I was and think that as an employee Anthem offers its employees its best PPO plan for the lowest cost, think again. It was an eye opener when I got my next job and Anthems PPO cost half of what it did as an Anthem employee and the benefits are oh so much better.

Before you do, please make sure you have a job. It's unbelievably hard to find good, well-paying jobs right now. And if you know anything about business, a lot of companies stop hiring in Q4 to make their year-end budgets.
