Most of the folks responsible for backstabbing me are gone, and I may go back to Intel later this year. Just waiting for few more to get fired. How about you?

Unsafe place to work ! Lots of slack complacency in the way to ever correct real ongoing concerns at Fab levels !
After 20+ years there I’d never go back and let it crumble. I feel bad for the good employees but all of the toxic people there they’ll get what they deserve.
Most of the petty managers at Intel check the "Do Not Hire" box when you exit. Good luck getting back in... not sure why you would want to though.
There is literally nothing to go back to unless you are part of the M&A team.
No way in he-l will I ever step anywhere close to Intel business. It gives me anxiety just to say the name.
Why go along with intellectually bankrupt backstabbers playing politics..as interesting as toilet paper stuck between your b-m. Choose to play with real players and play for real stakes.

Intel employees have mastered backstabbing and kissing their managers butt to stay employed. I would advise against going back to this he-l hole at all costs.
Intel is dead.
Why go back to a place with no future?
All of us are backstabbers. At least that’s how other places see us when they look in. Everyone really needs to take a step back and see our real reputation in the industry. Not just the company but of what others think of Intel employees. Spoiler: it’s not good
If I live to see my backstabbing co-workers and leads get fired, it will be worth all these years dealing with Intel's abuse! For now, simply knowing that they have to pay for fruit and coffee is good enough to hold me over for the next few months.
I am a former employee who left the workforce to complete a Master's degree in Computer Science, and I am now looking for career opportunities.
Intel is NOT a consideration.
