I have a new idea how to deal with our employee liabilities

“Let’s go to a stewardship model in all of claims. Then we set the workload and the standards so high that no one can meet all the expectations, but we can use performance issues as a pretext to target anyone we want whenever we want. Especially the employees over 50 with higher salaries and the ill/disabled employees. There’s no consequences for that because it’s for poor performance. Most of the old tenured employees are yt anyway, so it’s a safe bet.”

SF fears anyone who does not fit in to their narative yet they preach freedom to talk openly, express your opinions, open door policy etc ALL to be used against you when and if they want. Trust not a soul within the company and only speak freely about them when you retire or are no longer affiliated. They are overly controlling.
