I am looking for anyone’s experience with Arbitration. Did you have to pay? Did you get an attorney? Apparently we have to go through arb first m, I’m wondering what the process is like as well as the length of it.

Only thing with EEOC is they take a long time for the initial interview.
If I were to go through arbitration I would lawyer up. Personally, I would go through the EEOC, get my letter to sue and have my day in court.
Appritration firm nor HR will contact you backl leaivng you in limbo uless you have a lawyer.
