USBank followed Wells lead in RTO

Wells told employees to RTO for teammates. uSBank followed

We all know we all will sit there with our headphone on and speak only on team with people across the country.

So much for team work in the office at Wells

A 60-year-old Arizona Wells Fargo employee scanned into her office on a Friday on what appeared to be an ordinary workday. Then, four days later, she was found dead in her cubicle.

Denise Prudhomme, 60, was found dead on Aug. 20 in her office in Tempe, police said.

She had last scanned in the building at 7 a.m. on Aug. 16, a Friday, and there was no further scan in or out of the office, authorities said.

So the OP is trying to blame RTO on the death of the Wells worker? RTO is not going to ki-l you. Is the OP 60 years old? If not then has nothing to worry about.

It is not just Wells that demanded RTO. Chase, Citi, Bank of America, Barclays etc have been back as Hybrid for a while. Not to mention most other financial and major tech companies have been back to office long before US Bank. If you’re looking for a fully remote job in banking with decent pay you will have trouble finding one. Too bad US Bank played follow the leaders but there it is. There is nothing that sets themselves apart, no surprise. They have us by the b…ls as they know that the job market stinks. I know my manager would call my contacts if I did not login for work without notice as that would be highly unusual. We don’t know the whole story, but teams need to watch out for each other. This is a tragedy for this woman. Security needs to walk all the floors at least once in the evening.

When I first started over 10 years ago, US Bank employees were dying left and right due to the horrible health insurance policy with an extremely high deductible. The health plan was recently changed but this Wells Fargo situation was more common than you think 10-15 years ago

We could all drop dead in our cube and no one would notice. They probably think we’re sleeping.

Another employee told the outlet: “It’s really heartbreaking and I’m thinking, ‘What if I were just sitting there? No one would check on me?’” The employee went on to add: “To hear she’s been sitting at the desk like that would make me feel sick … and nobody did anything. That’s how she spent her last moments.”

This is what Gunjan/AC / Elfio are currently trying to do to us all with this RTO. They are all Sick in the head.
