There have been rumors going around for a while about LR coming in the first two weeks of September. Anything new on that front? September is around the corner, and I haven’t heard much for the past few days. Anyone have any new info? Were any of the rumors confirmed?

For Asia Pacific, heard policy changes from capped at 18 months down to 12 months for the RIF package. Anyone able to confirm? Thank you.

There aren't any layoffs coming at LCO. There are, however, raises and promotions happening.

Has the healing process ended so early? New unspoken policy appears to be layoffs every quarter that allow management to get rid of a few people they don't want anymore based on performance or other stuff. Optional so to speak. That's my guess. Not sure what is offered in return other than additional budget margin. The bigger forced one is probably coming in 2025 as the HAMR narrative goes into full tailspin.
