They are full of sh-t! They lie and lie and lie. As many know, they protect the company. They don't give a sh-t about anyone. Also, the Sprint trash needs to be let go. They are the sc-m of the company.

Correct on the previous post. Highly verified.
All the HR people are Sprinters (e.g., Deanne's people). She basically cleared house of the TMO HR Folks. That's why HR sux.
As a T-Mobile person, I have witnessed time and time again when something roles out, it takes a TMO original person 3x as long to catch on as a sprint person. And oh the feelings from magenta people. So many damn feelings. Never drank the Kool aid.
I know several sprint people who got canned. They put on PIP and rolled out the door finally. More oxygen for the rest of us.

Sprint was bleeding money, would have went bankrupt if not for T-Mobile. I've worked with some great Sprint folks at the lower levels. Management/leadership, now that's a whole different story, horrible. Oh and this doesn't mean the T-Mobile side before the merge gets a pass. There some du_mb as_ses on this side too 😆
T-Mobile is nothing without the Sprint B41 spectrum.
