Hoping that RNEO is ok. Jennifer is a very smart woman so I know we are in good hands. I just hope that she can stop the former sprint folks who value cost savings over serving our customers. Unfortunately, I believe we have too many people in power positions that have only a short term vision.

Gee, I wonder why Sprint never thought of outsourcing their Operations? I'm sure that would've fixed everything.
Yeah, the T-Mobile vs. Sprint thing is played out. Yes, Sprint execs are terrible, but they are mostly just doing what they’re told, trying to keep their jobs. The T-Mobile Execs are just as bad, and much more devious. They’re the ones who have lied to employees constantly over the last 4 years; and pushed all of the bad policies. They are squarely to blame.
Jennifer is just another pawn in the game, she is trying to keep things calm and operational while things continue to change. Yes she is a smart person.
Does Mikey and other old t-mobile folks not lie over teeth and treat employees badly? we need to stop doing t-mobile vs sprint it’s over 4 years now. Look at all execs rationally

T-Mobile bought it and the legacy TMO execs wanted out so bad, they allowed it to be turned over to incompetent Sprint execs, fresh from running Sprint into the ground #JohnSaw
